About the Event

Whether you are starting your own restaurant or you have been at it for a while; The Ecology Action Center wants to help you make your restaurant more sustainable. Sustainability is an important factor when people make purchasing choices, which means choosing to be environmentally friendly is better for the environment, and could increase your bottom line. In this presentation, we will discuss how to reduce your restaurant's food waste through the use of a waste audit and composting. We will additionally talk about how to implement recycling in your restaurant, resources on how to dispose of waste properly, and more!

The link to RSVP for the event can be found here

Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance.
